Welcome to Perth, the home of Casa

Casa currently builds across the Perth metropolitan area, working within established suburbs where backyards, access, and local planning conditions are best suited to high-quality, right-sized homes.

Our homes are designed specifically for Western Australian conditions, from climate and materials to local construction standards and approvals, ensuring every Casa feels considered, durable, and built to last.

If you’re outside Perth Metro, you can still register your interest, we’ll let you know as soon as Casa becomes available in your area.

What else is there to know about where Casa is building?

Is my block big enough to build a Casa?

In many cases, yes. Casa homes are designed to fit comfortably on typical Perth suburban blocks, subject to access, setbacks, and local requirements. Reach out and we'll help work this out for you!

Are there suburbs or block types you won’t build on?

Some sites may be unsuitable due to access, slope, services, or planning constraints. Casa reviews each block individually to confirm feasibility before moving forward.

Does my block need rear or side access?

Yes, suitable access is required for construction and delivery. We assess access early to confirm whether your block can accommodate a build.

Can Casa be built on a sloping block?

Some gentle slopes can be accommodated, but flat or near-flat blocks are generally the most suitable. We’ll review your site and advise what’s possible. A sloping site will likely require a re-design of our structural system - which we can assist with.

Do services need to be connected already?

Existing water, sewer, and power connections are helpful but not always essential. Casa will assess servicing requirements as part of the site review.
