Our Build Process

Visit the Casa Designer, select your model, and start selecting the materials and products you'd like included!

Casa coordinates the required documentation, consultants, and permits needed to move forward. We manage the process so there are no surprises or unnecessary delays.

Your site is prepared for construction, including set-out, services coordination, and the concrete slab. This stage ensures everything is ready for a smooth and efficient build.

Key components are manufactured with accuracy before on-site construction begins. This reduces build time, disruption, and variability while maintaining high quality.

Internal finishes, fixtures, and final details are completed before quality checks and handover. Your Casa is delivered move-in ready, designed for long-term living.
