Who We Are

Hi, we're Casa, and we're proudly Rebuilding the Australian Dream

The Australian Dream was never about a bigger house or a larger block, it was about who you share it with.
Across Western Australia, backyards sit idle while families search for space, independence, and a way to stay close. Yet building something small for the people you love has become confusing, risky, and unnecessarily hard. Casa exists to change that.
Casa reimagines underused space into meaningful homes, so the people who matter most can live close, comfortably and independently.

Born in WA, Casa is solving a housing problem, one backyard at a time.

Founded by two Perth locals with backgrounds in architecture, building, and digital product, Casa was born from watching how housing in our city has changed. As blocks became smaller and affordability tighter, we saw the need for a better way to build.
With our experience in the housing industry, including time spent in New York, Casa brings architecturally driven design and smart technology together to simplify construction and raise the standard of small-scale homes in Perth.
Designed for Living. Built to Last.
Designed for Living. Built to Last.
Casa doesn’t build poorly planned granny flats. We build real homes.
Every Casa is architecturally considered, with functional layouts, natural light, proper storage, and durable materials chosen to perform over time. High amenity is standard, not an upgrade: comfortable living spaces, practical kitchens, and energy-efficient systems are built in from day one.
If someone is going to live on your property, a family member, a renter, or a guest, they deserve a home that feels intentional, comfortable, and worth staying in. Casa homes are built to be lived in properly, not just added on.
2025 Bull Creek Test Build
Proving the Casa Process

In 2025, Casa completed its first live test build in Bull Creek, Western Australia. The project was designed as a proof-of-concept for the Casa hybrid construction method, combining prefabricated structural components with traditional on-site finishing to deliver a faster, more predictable build.
The model constructed was a 55 sqm, two-bedroom, one-bathroom home, designed specifically for backyard installation within the Western Australian secondary dwelling limits. Structural elements such as the frame and key building components were prefabricated to improve precision and reduce build time, while finishes, services, and detailing were completed using traditional trades on site to ensure quality and flexibility.
